Cycling- An indoor cycling class that is fun, effective, and challenging for the beginner and the advanced. You control the resistance, speed, and intensity. Please inform the instructor if you are new so that she/he can set you up appropriately.

STEP Aerobics with Weights- A challenging and fun Hi-Lo aerobics class that combines Step, dance, weights, exercise bands, and cycling.  Anything and everything to make you sweat!

Men's 4 on 4 Basketball League (Winter season) - Sports are not just for kids!  Adults can also enjoy the competition, teamwork, sportsmanship and friendships that are formed through participation in our sports programs. We offer competitive Men’s 4 on 4 basketball year round.  Limit 6 player roster.  
 

 
Kickboxing - Kick, jab, punch, shuffle and uppercut your way to a body that endures!  Great for raising your heart rate and improving balance and coordination skills.

Cardio Sculpting - A quick, intense, overall body workout targeting every muscle group using the weight bars and dumbells.  No dancing, no steppping, just muscle pumping.

Pilates Reformer - An exercise method that works the core muscle group to develop strength, improve posture and body awareness, increase flexibility, and improve muscle imbalances. *Fee required.  Schedule an appointment.
 
Pilates with Props - Target the deep muscles of the core with this complete mind-body exercise using balls, rings and straps.

ZUMBA - 1 hr. class of Latin and hip-hop dance. Salsa your way into shape.
Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize your calorie burn and total body toning.  It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
