Aquatics Fitness
The YMCA Aquatics Fitness program offers low impact workouts for all fitness levels, non- swimmers included. Motivation, aerobic choreography, muscle conditioning and much more. Classes are designed to provide both cardiovascular and strength training workouts.
Aqua Power An active class incorporating cardiovascular exercise and toning. Class is held in the deep end of the pool. A great workout! Tuesday, Thursday 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. Lap Pool Aqua Fun ‘n’ Fit Aqua Fun ‘n’ Fit is an active class incorporating cardio and toning. Class is held in the shallow end of the pool. A great workout! • Arthritis Class Designed to stretch, strengthen, and increase the mobility of the entire body. Entering and exiting the pool is no problem thanks to our chair lift and ramp that leads into the pool. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. Therapy Pool
• Float and Fellowship Scheduled pool time for adults to come independently for fun and fellowship in the heated therapy pool. You may also want to exercise a little while you are there.

• Senior Splash A less active class held in the warm water pool, works on cardio, flexibility, and balance. Class can be as hard or as easy as you want to make it. This class is also good for those suffering from arthritis and fibromyalgia.
