- State of the Art Fitness Center - The Fitness center features equipment to accommodate all levels of fitness from beginners who have never used weight equipment to those with more experience. We feature a 15 station Paramount Weight Training Circuit. Free weights are also available. Our cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills with heart rate monitors, stationary bicycles, recumbent bicycles, and elliptical cross trainers.We offer Equipment Orientations by appointment basis. - Full Gymnaism - Perfect for Basketball, Volleyball, or Indoor Soccer
- Y-Zone - A supervised play room where children
may play for up to two hours while their parent participates in
activities at the YMCA.
- Yoga/Pilates studio - The Yoga and Pilates Studio at our YMCA is second to none. This gorgeously serene studio invites practitioners to relax, to go deeper,to get in better touch with their bodies, minds and spirit.
- Dance/Areobics studio Exercise safely on our wood suspended floor. Mirrors line the walls in order to view your perfect form!
- Lap Pool - This competition-sized lap pool is heated year round.
- Heated Therapy Pool - Our pool is heated to a warm 85° and is the perfect place for therapy, and exercise. The Therapy pool is equipped with a chairlift for easy entry.
- Whirlpool, Steam Room & Sauna - A great way to relax after your workout.
- Locker Rooms - One male, one female and one family/special needs locker rooms all with showers are available for your convenience.
- Outdoor Family Fun Pool - Zero depth entry family play pool, water slide, large deck for sun bathing, and full service concessions.
- Outdoor Youth Soccer Field, paved walking/running path, paved basketball court and picnic shelter.
