The Yoga and Pilates Programs at our YMCA are second to none. Our gorgeously serene studio invites practitioners to relax, to go deeper, to get in better touch with their bodies, minds and spirits.
And while our space is truly fantastic, the most impressive aspect of our program is our staff. Our instructors are among the most qualified you'll find anywhere. Our instructors didn't get their credentials from a weekend workshop or an internet program. They didn't study workout videos and copy the moves. Each of our teachers has had hands-on instruction from experienced certified teachers, have completed programs with mentor teachers and continue to grow their knowledge base with self study and practice.

Tuesday, Thursday 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

All classes are open level, but T, Th morning classes are designed for beginners.
Pilates with Props
Target the deep muscles of the core with this complete mind-body exercise class employing exercise balls, rings, and straps. Expect a challenging, fast-paced workout in a relaxing environment.
